SHIPPING
Once your item has been dispatched, it will typically take
3-7 working days - West Malaysia
5-10 working days - East Malaysia.
Please note that the transit time may be slightly longer for East Malaysia due to customs processing in West Malaysia before the items are forwarded for delivery in East Malaysia
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided link or by entering the tracking number on the courier's website.
Please email us immediately at info@dozeclub.com and our customer service will help you in the process.
Once the item ships, we will not be able to re-direct the parcel to a new address. We do not replace parcels that are delivered to the wrong address given by the customer.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, please immediately contact your courier service and lodge an inquiry with them.
Doze Club does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We do not issue refunds for packages that have been confirmed by the postal services to be delivered.
Returns and Refunds
Due to hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns for change-of-mind purchases.
Apologies, if you have received the wrong order please send pictures to info@dozeclub us and we will process for the right order to be dispatched as soon as possible.
Payment
We accept:
- Online Banking & Debit/Credit card via BillPlz
- e-Wallets (GrabPay, Touch 'n Go, Boost)
- PayLater by Grab where you can pay next month or pay in 4 monthly instalments
- PayLater by Atome where you can pay next month or pay in 3 monthly instalments
Once you have ordered, you should be getting an email confirmation within 30 minutes. Please check your email for the confirmation email. If you do not see it, it might be because there was a typo in your email.
If you suspect you might have provided us with the wrong email address, please email us at info@dozeclub.com with your name and correct email address for us to locate your order and re-send a new copy of confirmation email to you.
