All sales are final and we will not be able to accept change-of-mind returns/exchanges.
Defects & Issues
If you notice any issues with your order, please inspect it as soon as it arrives and reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel. Whether it’s a defective item, damage, or the wrong product, we’re here to make things right.
To help us sort this out quickly, please provide clear details and photos of the issue.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
To receive a refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged (including the box/plastic), worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund/replacement. All items are inspected on return.
REFUNDS
We’ll let you know once your refund request has been reviewed. If it’s approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Any refunds will not include the discount if the discount is based on the total order value.
